Services

Four services, chosen for how Richmond Hill households hire a trade

Most Richmond Hill trades need one or two of these services, not all four. The right starting point depends on where your current jobs come from and which languages your best customers use.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

Start with the service that fixes your biggest leak. If people who already know your name can't find you, that's local SEO. If you need calls this month, it's Google Ads. If your work is good but your online reputation is thin, it's reviews. Add multilingual campaigns once the basics are measured, because translating a weak campaign only makes a weak campaign in two languages.

Multilingual campaigns

This is the service most closely tied to Richmond Hill. Many households here are comfortable in more than one language, and some make big home decisions in the language they grew up with. A campaign in that language can stand out because so few trades bother to do it well.

We plan the targeting, write the English source copy and set up measurement. Translation goes to a qualified professional, ideally one certified through ATIO. We never run machine output without a human check. Details and mistakes to avoid are on the multilingual campaigns page.

Best for: trades whose job records show a steady share of customers who prefer another language, and who have someone able to answer the phone or reply to a text in it.

Local SEO and Google Business Profile

Local SEO decides whether you appear when someone nearby searches for your trade. In Richmond Hill, the city is long from north to south, and a company based near Elgin Mills is in a very different position from one near Highway 7.

We set up and maintain your Business Profile, build service pages for the communities you actually serve, and track calls from search. See local SEO.

Best for: almost every trade, as the foundation for everything else.

Paid search buys visibility immediately. The risk is paying too much per lead, because the price of a click is set by whoever bids hardest. We work out your break-even cost per lead from your own job values and close rate, and we keep campaigns inside it. See Google Ads.

Best for: owners with spare crew capacity right now, seasonal trades heading into a busy stretch, and anyone testing a new service before investing in SEO.

Reviews and referral programs

In a market where many customers ask their own community before they search, reviews and referrals often decide the job. We build a simple routine for asking every satisfied customer, replying to reviews in the language they were written in (with translator help where needed), and tracking introductions. See reviews and referrals.

Best for: established trades with good work and too few reviews, and companies that already get most jobs by referral but have never measured it.

How to choose: a quick test

Answer these four questions with real numbers:

  1. What share of last year's jobs came from referrals? If it's above half, start with reviews and referrals.
  2. Do you appear in the map results when you search your trade from a customer's street? If not, start with local SEO.
  3. Do you have unused crew days in the next 60 days? If yes, add Google Ads.
  4. How many of your best customers preferred another language? If it's a meaningful share and you can answer them in that language, plan a multilingual campaign next.

What every service includes

Whichever you choose, you get the same basics:

  • a written plan with costs, before work starts
  • monthly reporting on calls, texts and emails, not just clicks
  • accounts and assets in your name
  • month-to-month terms, explained on pricing

We are a marketing and consulting service, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group. We don't do the trade work. If you'd like to talk through which service fits, contact us by call, text or email, or read the FAQ first.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need all four services?

Rarely at the start. Most owners begin with local SEO plus either reviews or Google Ads, then add multilingual work once the English foundation is measured and stable.

Which service brings calls fastest?

Google Ads usually produces the first calls within days of launch, because it doesn't wait for rankings. Local SEO and reviews take longer but keep working after you stop paying for clicks.

Do you install or repair anything as part of these services?

No. Every service here is marketing or advice. We are not a contractor, and we don't refer jobs to other trades for a fee.

Can I bring my own translator?

Yes, and many owners should. If a qualified translator already writes for your business, we'll brief them with English source copy and a glossary of your service terms.
