RichmondHill.Marketing

A marketing service for Richmond Hill trades, run by people who say what they know and what they don't

RichmondHill.Marketing markets and advises trades and home-service firms in Richmond Hill. Ali Sedighi, MBA, leads it from the Vancouver head office of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group.

RichmondHill.Marketing gives Richmond Hill trades and home-service owners two things: digital marketing that is run for them, and business advice from someone who has seen many trades grow. We plan and run local SEO, Google Ads, review programs and multilingual campaigns. We are not a contractor, and we never install, repair or service anything ourselves.

The company behind the site

Behind this site stands the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies: Canadian-owned, run from its Vancouver, British Columbia headquarters, and working for clients from coast to coast.

  • Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company. Trades.Agency, the parent of this site, sits under it alongside HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
  • SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) handles strategy work inside the group, with a focus on AI and on speeding up revenue growth for Canadian firms. Ali Sedighi founded it and serves as its Founder & Managing Partner.
  • Trades.Agency is the parent brand for this site. You can read its own approach and full pricing at trades.agency.

This site exists because Richmond Hill trades face a specific problem. Their customers are spread across very different parts of a long city, and many of them compare contractors through family and community networks, sometimes in more than one language. A general Canada-wide playbook doesn't handle that well.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Ali Sedighi leads RichmondHill.Marketing. His training is an MBA in Technology Management, and his marketing career runs 17+ years, back to 2007 and ONE.ir, the full-service digital agency he founded that year.

He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia. Since then he has started Conv.ca, which focuses on conversion-rate optimisation, and MyAutomation.ca, as well as SAZ.ca, where he is Founder & Managing Partner. His clients have included businesses in Canada, the USA and Dubai.

Much of his trades experience comes from heating and cooling. More than 150 live HVAC websites carry his work; three that Richmond Hill owners can look at today are CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca and HeatLand. Those are results from our HVAC work, and the results page explains what they show and what they don't.

How we work

We work the same way with every Richmond Hill client:

  1. Start with your records. Job history, job values, close rates and the communities you serve. If you have notes on which customers preferred another language, even better.
  2. Write the plan down. Which services, which areas, which languages, what it costs and how we'll measure it. No work starts until you've agreed to it.
  3. Keep everything in your name. Your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and tracking belong to you, and you keep them if you leave.
  4. Report what matters. Calls, texts, emails and booked jobs, not vanity charts.
  5. Stop what doesn't work. If a campaign doesn't clear its cost-per-lead ceiling, we pause it and tell you why.

What we don't do

Being clear about limits is part of being useful:

  • No trade work. We don't install, repair or service anything, and we don't sell your leads to other contractors.
  • No in-house translation. We recommend qualified professional translators. In Ontario, a sensible starting point is a translator certified through ATIO, the province's professional association for translators and interpreters.
  • No regulatory or legal advice. We can point you to the Ontario bodies that oversee your trade, but compliance questions go to them or to your own advisers.
  • No guarantees of rankings or leads. Nobody controls Google. We commit to the work and honest reporting.
  • No fake proof. We don't write reviews, customer quotes or case studies that didn't happen.

Why Richmond Hill, specifically

Richmond Hill has a mostly detached-home housing stock, a fast-growing north, a dense southern edge along Highway 7, and a customer base that is unusually diverse. Each of those changes how a trade should market itself, and our areas page goes through the city district by district.

Where the experience comes from

Most of the group's trades experience was earned on heating and cooling websites across Canada, which is why our published proof is HVAC-specific. The habits behind it, measuring calls instead of clicks and keeping accounts in the owner's name, apply just as well to a plumber in Richvale or a landscaper near Lake Wilcox.

Talk to us

If you run a trade or home-service business in Richmond Hill, start with the services overview or the FAQ. When you're ready, call, text or email through the contact page. You'll talk to a senior strategist, not a call centre.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns RichmondHill.Marketing?

The Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies owns it. Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company, and its brands include Trades.Agency, the parent brand for this site.

Why is a Vancouver company marketing Richmond Hill trades?

The work happens in search results, ad accounts, review platforms and your website, all of which we can study for any Richmond Hill street. What matters is that the plan is built on local evidence and that you can reach a senior person by call, text or email.

Do you speak the languages your campaigns use?

We don't claim in-house language skills. We plan the campaign and write the English source, and we recommend qualified professional translators for every other language.

Are you a contractor?

No. We don't install, repair or service anything. We market and advise trades businesses.
